I am serving with Mercy Ships again in Conakry, Guinea for 2 months starting October 2012. I have previously spent 5 months in Lome, Togo. I am working in the galley, preparing and cooking 800+ meals a day. My job description covers everything from washing and prepping vegetables to meat to dressings to salads to desserts and then cleaning. I can whip up a dessert for 500+ people in under 3 1/2 hours!
